Do you handle both ceremony and reception coordinating?
Yes. I coordinate every element—depending on what package, I am there from set up in the morning to clean up in the evening. I communicate with every vendor, keep the timeline on track, and troubleshoot any issues so you can enjoy your day with no interruptions.
Do you come to rehearsal dinner?
Absolutely. I come to practice the processional and recessional multiple times. Even marking the spots both parties will be standing on during the ceremony so all parties can hit their marks day of with no issues. Usually takes 30 minutes and then I get out of your hair so you can enjoy precious time with your family and friends.
How far in advance should we book your services?
Most couples secure their date 9–18 months ahead, especially for peak seasons. However, I can accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability—reach out and I’ll let you know if I still have that date available.
